Monsenso is an mHealth platform for use in the treatment of mental disorders, which can be configured to cover different needs and accommodate different approaches to the treatment.
** Self-assessments **
Users can report on parameters specific to their mental disorder or similar context. Parameters can be either predefined or personal.
** Data presentation and monitoring **
Data from self-assessments is presented to users and their associated care providers in an easy-to-comprehend format.
Users and their associated care providers can set up tracking of specific data (e.g. parameters in the self-assessment). When a specified threshold is met, users and care providers will see this in their data visualizations.
** CBT content (thought recording and restructuring) **
Users can record their thoughts, identify thinking traps and restructure the thoughts.
** DBT content (skills) **
Users can report on their use of DBT skills. Care providers can see the learning status of skills.
** Distributed care plans **
Access to care plans added by either the user or their care provider.
** Highly configurable **
Care providers can pick and choose which of the above features should be available to their clients.
